This summer the Sanctuary will once again spread it’s love, calming energy and healing vibrations with the gardeners. The Sanctuary rejuvenation field will soothe more than just your muscles, taking you on a relaxing journey with their team of highly qualified therapists, guaranteeing to ease your body, mind and soul.

Explore touch with the myriad of wonderful healers on hand, to rub away any aches & pains. Their theme of Fire, Earth and Water will take you on a visual and interactive tour around their beautiful space, with heavenly spots to kick back and relax in.  With the sauna, hot tubs and café all within the healing field, there will be plenty to keep you embodied here for a few hours. 

In the Sanctuary healing area we will take you on a healing journey with our team of highly qualified therapists. 

If you are unsure how we can help then why not ask the experts. Our team of helpful receptionists will be on hand to help explain all the healing techniques on offer, take bookings and ensure that you are booked in with the right person to suit.  

The healers can bring you up, bring you down, rejuvenate your body and mind and soothe your soul. The demand is always really high for treatments as exhausted gardeners need re-charging, so please don’t leave it until Sunday to book in.  And they have a big communal tent this year, making some sessions more affordable to everyone.

the yoga space

The yoga space this year will be a stunning willow pagoda encapsulating a white tent, dreamy yet grounding. In 2011 we saw classes of over 60 gardeners in one massive group sweat & stretch

 

... So come and get involved, maybe we can aim for 100 yogis in a mass yogathon.


With a stunning space to come and stretch, re-charge and bliss out in, this space will no doubt be the heart of the zone. With so many different yoga classes & workshops, dance & drumming classes on offer, you will be spoilt for choice.

 

As all the classes are FREE this year come early, as they will get busy. See the workshop schedule in the festival programme to see what's on offer to inspire one and all.

 



 

Please bring a blanket, yoga mat & cushion to the workshops if you have one

Please arrive in good time for the sessions & not intoxicated or overfed
